Wing it. That's all I can do, since even with loctite, the tensioners walk around. As soon as I have an extra hundred bucks or so, the belt is history. Going to put a chain and real sprockets on and be done with it. By the way, FXR parts are a near perfect fit for a chain conversion, and if you use a Tsubaki chain, the chain will outlast the bike.
